Classes & Workshops

One night per week for 5 weeks. Typically 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Two or three people per class. $400 per student/includes all materials.

In this introductory class we will explore the fluidity of glass using a variety of techniques to blow a different form each week. Students will learn the basic processes of glassblowing, become familiar with tools and equipment used and get plenty of hands on experience. Each class includes a demonstration followed by approximately 1 hour of working time and 2 hours of assisting/learning time for each student. Hours of assisting depends on the number of students in the class.

Hourly. Available by appointment. $85/hour.

Private Glassblowing lessons are one on one with me. I will help you work towards a goal or special project. Colored glass not included. Times are available by appointment weekdays and weekends All levels. Two hour minimum required for first lesson.

Group ornament and paperweight workshops. 15 to 20 minutes per person, up to 20 people. Ornament making workshop $55/person. Paperweight making workshop $65/person.

1.5 hours. Two people. $200.

Make two different blown glass art pieces, one per person. Choose from a drinking glass, bowl or vase. Customize colors and help design and create your blown glass art pieces.
